Big Bertha found a forever home through Reptile Rescue of the Carolinas

Over the years, these are some of the animals who fostered me.

"Monroe and Kennedy", 1-week-old bottle-baby kittens I found outside the Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge (the non-profit, no kill shelter I volunteered at throughout high school) in August 2008.
"Monroe," 6 weeks later. She went to a loving home shortly after returning to the shelter.
"Kennedy," 6 weeks later. He went to a loving home shortly after returning to the shelter.

"Atticus" and "Ayla," April 2009. Rescued from a gas euthanasia shelter in Tennessee.
"Ayla" found a forever home and was renamed "Kayla."
"Atticus" found us!
"Roy" and "Binturong" kittens, rescued from man irresponsibly breeding his animals in July 2010. Needed significant socialization.
"Roy," renamed "Jasper" cuddled next to Bert in his new home.  Roy/Japser was adopted through Best Friends Pet Adoption with his sister, Binturong.

"Binturong," renamed "Phoebe" strutting her stuff.
She was adopted with her brother, "Roy" at an adopt-a-thon through Best Friends Pet Adoption.
"Boo" sugar glider August 2010.
Accompanied by fire-bellied toads and "Jackie and Johnny" sugar gliders (not pictured)
while a friend transitioned homes.
"Kira," renamed "Kumari" was surrendered by her previous owner.
Found her a loving home upon 24 hours of her arrival.

This foster kitten was mainly my roommate's.
She enjoyed sitting on the laptop and submitting our homework for us.

"Lester Gustavo Cartago Joseph"
Rescued off the streets of Cartago, Costa Rica.
I am so grateful to live under his roof.

"Spirit," who I cat sat in Spring 2011 while a friend's family was searching for a home.
Spirit lives with his owner, happy as ever!

"Jasmine" boa. Jasmine was a survivor of a fire.
She was adopted through the Reptile Rescue of the Carolinas.

"Lola" / "Cancer Cat" was found  July 2, 2011
and reunited with owners July 5, 2011
thanks to Boulevard Animal Hospital.

"Jafar" adopted through
 Reptile Rescue of the Carolinas.

"Chocolate Thunder" adopted through Reptile Rescue of the Carolinas.

"Bashful" adopted by a member of NCSU Companion Animal Club
